New Technology from Adobe Makes Flash SEO Possible

Flash and Actionscript July 3, 2008

Adobe announced yesterday that they have created a tool that allows search engines to collect textual data from Flash web sites and Flash applications on the internet. Furthermore, they have been working with Google and Yahoo for months to install the Flash tool and get it up and running for these search engines. Adobe also announced that plans are in the works for developer tools and tutorials as to how to get the most out of this cutting edge technology from a web development stand point.

This recent technological break through is going to finally solve the long standing problem concerning the use of Flash and search engine optimization requirements. The inability of search engines to be able to catalog textual data embedded within Flash web sites had caused enormous issues for both web site owners and web site developers in the past. Flash allows so many highly styled and interactive options that it was a shame not to be able to use Flash fully for site development. The only other option around this seo issue had been to create two seperate web site builds, one in Flash and one in html which placed an enormous time and cost burden on clients.

High Style Interactive applauds Adobe and congratulates them on achieving a truely remarkable achievement. Adobe also announced that they would provide the new Flash SEO tool to other search engines in the near future.
